Watch Out for "Raymond" in Ballard

“Raymond”, (young Hispanic guy in his 20’s, very short (5’3”) thin-muscular build, wavy brown hair, brown eyes, clean shaven) who has been caught shoplifting in many Ballard businesses has been spotting riding a bike in in Ballard again. He was wearing a bandana as a headband with a ball cap onto of that and had on light colored clothing. Keep your guard up and watch out for this dangerous individual.
