Nice, calm summer in Ballard

I know it's been awhile since we've posted anything but, to be honest, Ballard has been very nice this summer. The vagrant problem has seemed to have thinned out as the warmer weather may be drawing them out of the city in into cool, forested parks. Ballard is indeed wonderful. Let's hope it continues, and enjoy your summer!
